Launch the Google Chrome
In order to change the download settings in the Google Chrome, you will need to open Google Chrome web browser.
Go to the Settings menu
In the browser, go to the three parallel lines button which is located at the top right corner of the application. Clicking on it will open the drop-down menu. In the menu, navigate to the Settings option and click on it.
Navigate to the Advance Settings

Select Downloads from the menu

Determine if you want a default download folder
Choose your default download folder where you want to save your downloaded files. In case you want to change your default folder, click on the gray “Change” box beside the option. Use the window to find the folder you want use as default folder and then click “OK”.
