Users refund will be initiated once the query/concern approved with compliance manager, if he found the irregularity, company will pay the liable amount to the users within 30 days of subscription. Under any circumstance, technical support service will not liable for the data loss and software corruption during remote technical assistance. It is advisable to save data to the flash drive/ online cloud storage, or to intimate us for securing your data to our disaster data storage plan. Furthermore if in mid of the remote session you realize that you must save the data, you can request to cancel the remote connection. Once technical assistance will be initiated, either technician or company will not be responsible for the data loss. Additionally, we are not responsible for the data theft, although, services have been rendered to you via remote desktop, so we keep an eagle eye on our technician. Still if any regularity has been reported by the users, our compliance officer examines the issues and make sure to maintain righteousness. However, while registration, make sure you complete the login ID and Password details by own. No company technician will ask for the user name and password. It’s your responsibility to login into your account before remote assistance can be initiated. In any case, company and its officials will not prompt you for confidential details.
